Cold Caller at Nutrition as Therapy
Overview
The Cold Caller at Nutrition as Therapy plays a key role in managing incoming calls and ensuring excellent customer service for patients, healthcare providers, and other callers.
Responsibilities
- Answer the phones and understand the issue or request by patient or PCP office or any other caller
- Help the patient or doctor calling with their requests or inquiry
- Create Leads in Zoho for patients calling to set their initial appointment
- Look up patients calling in Zoho and if found update the interaction
- Set follow up appointments for patients calling
- Transfer calls to Appointment Setters when the request may not be solved quickly
- Use rebuttals to avoid reschedules or cancellations of appointments. Help reschedule or cancel appointment approved or done with enough time.
- Look up lab results for patients as requested by RDs and upload to Tebra if new results are found
- Help other departments when needed (translate consults, collect copays, patient ambassador tasks, any other task assigned)
