We charge a monthly fee per hire which changes slightly dependent on the role. We can provide an exact quote once we have requirements for the role you're looking to fill. You don't pay us anything unless you make a hire.
What does zero-risk hiring mean?
If you don't make a hire, you don't pay anything. We don't charge upfront fees and we make pricing fully transparent once we have your role requirements.
How do I know I can trust your candidates?
Resumes can lie! We pre-vet and screen all of our candidates for English proficiency, skills, and work experience. We conduct reference calls and international criminal background checks. We’ll do our best to find a teammate you can stay with for the long term.
How do I pay candidates?
You can pay through us, use an in-house solution, or we can connect you with one of our global hiring partners.
What roles can I hire for?
We specialize in the following categories: Finance & Accounting, Marketing, Customer Support & VAs, Sales, and Software Engineering. We've successfully placed candidates ranging from Virtual Assistants and PhD Data Scientists in under 3 weeks. We only help hire LatAm talent. It's our specialty and we do it well.
Do I need to sponsor candidates / issue a work Visa to hire in LatAm?
You don't. Candidates are not US-based and therefore don't need a visa/sponsorship to work.
