Sr. 3D Modeler

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Design, Fine Arts, Industrial Design, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
  • 5+ years of experience creating 3D models for games, film, or digital environments
  • Expertise in industry-standard tools such as Maya, Blender, ZBrush, and Substance Painter
  • Strong understanding of topology, UV mapping, photorealistic texturing, and asset optimization across real-time and offline rendering pipelines
  • Proven ability to lead modeling projects, conduct peer reviews, and ensure asset quality across production pipelines
  • Experience collaborating with technical artists, developers, animators, and art directors
  • Experience optimizing rendering performance and supporting physics-based simulations for realistic environments
  • Familiarity with procedural modeling tools and workflows to generate complex geometries efficiently
  • Experience integrating and testing 3D assets for VR/AR applications, ensuring high-quality user interaction and visualization
